The brief
Invent a live-fire fine dining restaurant in Fulton Market, Chicago. Candlelit, minimal, and slow on purpose, with the menu, the wine pairings, and the private Glass Room each given its own stage.
What it needed
A tasting menu is booked weeks ahead, on the feeling of the room. The site had to set that mood and still make the menu, the pairings, and the private room easy to find.
What we decided
Dark, candlelit, and minimal. The menu, the wine pairings, and the Glass Room each get their own stage, and the reservation is the one bright thing on the page.
