What it needed
Buying a car is mostly a question of trust. The site had to answer the buyer's questions (what was checked, how the paperwork works, what happens next) before a salesperson has to.
What we decided
Premium and bold, with the machines up front. The buying process is shown in four plain steps, and a whole section covers what the inspection looks for.
